Das Gesetz zum Schutz von Hinweisgebern ist am 2. Juli 2023 in Kraft getreten. Dieses Gesetz regelt den Schutz von nat\u00fcrlichen Personen, die im Zusammenhang mit ihrer beruflichen T\u00e4tigkeit oder im Vorfeld einer beruflichen T\u00e4tigkeit Informationen \u00fcber Verst\u00f6\u00dfe erlangt haben und diese bei den in diesem Gesetz vorgesehenen Meldestellen melden oder offenlegen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wir nutzen ein digitales Hinweisgebersystem, um die M\u00f6glichkeit zu bieten, Verst\u00f6\u00dfe gegen Gesetze, Vorschriften oder ethische Standards innerhalb unseres Unternehmens sicher und vertraulich zu melden. Dadurch wird der Schutz von Hinweisgebern gem\u00e4\u00df dem Whistleblower Protection Act gew\u00e4hrleistet.\n\nDie Meldungen k\u00f6nnen \u00fcber das von Ziemann Holvrieka verwendete Meldesystem \"Integrity Line\" eingereicht werden.
