Es ist eine echte Leidenschaft. Ein sichtbarer Ausdruck dieser Philosophie sind die Architektur und die technischen Einrichtungen der Brauerei. So befindet sich in Guatemala-Stadt eines der sch\u00f6nsten Sudh\u00e4user der Welt. Es wird in diesem Jahr modernisiert, gleichzeitig wird der Kellerbereich der Brauerei erweitert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doch die Cervecer\u00eda Centroamericana ist bereit, noch weiter zu gehen: Jetzt soll ein zweites, sehr modernes Sudhaus in Betrieb gehen, das mit der entsprechenden K\u00fchlblockanpassung die Kapazit\u00e4t der Brauerei auf 4,3 Mio. hl pro Jahr erh\u00f6hen wird. Wie schon beim bestehenden Sudhaus und der aktuellen Erweiterung wurde der entsprechende Auftrag erneut an die Ziemann Holvrieka GmbH in Ludwigsburg vergeben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das neue Sudhaus soll 12 Sude pro Tag mit jeweils ca. 1.050 hl produzieren. Es wird mit einem Maischebottich mit Colibri-R\u00fchrwerk, einem L\u00e4uterbottich, einem Shark-Innenkocher und einem Whirlpool ausgestattet sein. Die Cervecer\u00eda Centroamericana hat sich bewusst f\u00fcr den variablen Shark-Kessel entschieden, um verschiedene Aromaprofile von \"mild\" bis eher \"kantig\" erzeugen zu k\u00f6nnen. Weitere Bestandteile des Auftrags sind eine Hopfendosieranlage und eine CIP-Anlage. Auch die Malzannahme wird um das innovative Schrotsystem T-Rex erweitert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine weitere Besonderheit ist der Hei\u00dfwasserbetrieb des neuen Sudhauses. Damit hat die Cervecer\u00eda Centroamericana jederzeit die M\u00f6glichkeit, auf nachhaltig erzeugte Energie wie Solarthermie umzusteigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der neue K\u00fchlblock umfasst acht zylindrokonische G\u00e4rtanks mit einem Durchmesser von 7.200 mm und einem Fassungsverm\u00f6gen von 6.000 hl, die vor Ort gefertigt werden. Alle anderen Tanks und die Braugef\u00e4\u00dfe werden von B\u00fcrgstadt aus nach Guatemala verschifft. Die G\u00e4rtanks werden mit sehr leichten und dennoch robusten Kuppeldeckeln aus Polyurethan ausgestattet. Der Auftrag umfasst auch eine Filtrationsanlage mit einer Kapazit\u00e4t von 500 hl\/h, einschlie\u00dflich Stabilisierung, und einen Hefekeller mit Vermehrung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das gesamte Projekt wird von Ziemann Holvrieka schl\u00fcsselfertig abgewickelt, d. h. es umfasst Engineering, Produktion, Transport, Installation, Verrohrung, Automatisierung und Inbetriebnahme.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For Cervecer\u00eda Centroamericana in Guatemala, beer is not only a beverage.
