of Directors consists of seven experienced business, financial and compliance professionals. In addition to overseeing business activities, they keep a keen eye on risk management, company strategy and the company\u2019s relationship with shareholders. They ensure and safeguard our integrity in reporting and compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading small-margin has-theme-secondary-color has-text-color\">Executive Management Board<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Our Executive Management Board set and achieve CLPT&#8217;s objectives, strategy and policies and manage general affairs. They support and empower the management teams of our global operating companies, guide and promote intercompany collaboration through assigned business functions, and are supported by corporate functions. The Executive Management Boards consists of four members, supported by three extended members. Mr. Klaus Gehrig serves as our President, Mr. Lars Roed as our Vice President.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading small-margin has-theme-secondary-color has-text-color\">CIMC Liquid Process Technologies (CLPT)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ziemann Holvrieka is part of CIMC Liquid Process Technologies (CLPT). CLPT is a dynamic holding organization that brings together a diverse portfolio of companies, active in liquid processing technologies. CLPT supports and empowers local management teams and develops growth strategies together. Each company within the group retains its own identity and contributes unique expertise, resources, and strengths.
