El 2 de julio de 2023 ha entrado en vigor la Ley de protecci\u00f3n del informante. Esta ley regula la protecci\u00f3n de las personas f\u00edsicas que hayan obtenido informaci\u00f3n sobre infracciones relacionadas con su actividad profesional o anteriores al inicio de tal actividad y que denuncien o revelen dicha informaci\u00f3n a los puntos de notificaci\u00f3n previstos en esa Ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A este efecto hemos puesto a disposici\u00f3n un sistema digital que le permitir\u00e1 denunciar, de forma segura y confidencial, infracciones a las leyes, regulaciones o est\u00e1ndares \u00e9ticos vigentes en nuestra empresa. Esta medida ha sido creada con el fin de garantizar la protecci\u00f3n de los informantes de conformidad con la Ley de Protecci\u00f3n del informante.\n\nLas denuncias se pueden enviar a trav\u00e9s del sistema de notificaci\u00f3n \u00abIntegrity Line\u00bb implementado por Ziemann Holvrieka.
