En el marco de este reajuste, Tobias Becher ha sido nombrado Director de Tecnolog\u00eda, Investigaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo. Reconociendo la importancia del campo de actividad asignado y la responsabilidad asociada, a Tobias Becher tambi\u00e9n se le otorg\u00f3 poder. Ahora depende del Dr. Elmar Pongratz, que se incorpor\u00f3 a Ziemann Holvrieka en abril de 2016 y ha sido Jefe del departamento de Ingenier\u00eda (EPC) desde entonces. Hasta ahora, esta divisi\u00f3n inclu\u00eda la Ingenier\u00eda de Procesos, la Automatizaci\u00f3n de Procesos, incluida la planificaci\u00f3n de hardware, la Gesti\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica de Productos y la Gesti\u00f3n de Calidad. Anteriormente, Tobias Becher hab\u00eda completado una formaci\u00f3n como cervecero y maltero. Desde 2005, Tobias Becher trabaja en Ziemann Holvrieka como experto en tecnolog\u00eda de procesos y elaboraci\u00f3n de cerveza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Dr.-Ing. Elmar Pongratz estudi\u00f3 Ingenier\u00eda Qu\u00edmica en la Universidad Friedrich-Alexander de Erlangen-Nuremberg, donde se doctor\u00f3.
