En su nueva funci\u00f3n, releva a Klaus Gehrig, que era a la vez CEO y COO de la empresa hasta finales de 2022. Como COO, Axel Z\u00fcgel es responsable de las \u00e1reas de negocio operativas de procesamiento de pedidos, compras, gesti\u00f3n de proyectos, montaje, log\u00edstica e ingenier\u00eda en la planta de Ludwigsburg. \"Estamos encantados de que Axel Z\u00fcgel haya asumido este importante cargo\", afirma el CEO Klaus Gehrig. \"Adem\u00e1s, es el hombre adecuado para el puesto, porque ha 'vivido' Ziemann Holvrieka durante los \u00faltimos diecinueve a\u00f1os\", a\u00f1ade. Tras su formaci\u00f3n, trabaj\u00f3 varios a\u00f1os en una empresa de ingenier\u00eda de plantas antes de incorporarse a Ziemann Holvrieka GmbH en 2004. Tras licenciarse con un m\u00e1ster en Science in Strategic Management, trabaj\u00f3 inicialmente como Director de compras en la empresa. En este cargo, se responsabiliz\u00f3 del buen funcionamiento de la cadena de suministro. Como Director of Projects EPC, dirigi\u00f3 los departamentos de tramitaci\u00f3n de pedidos, gesti\u00f3n de proyectos, montaje y log\u00edstica de la planta de Ludwigsburgo.
