O navio de carga MV Juice Express foi equipado com tanques de \u00faltima gera\u00e7\u00e3o e tecnologia de processo para o transporte eficiente de sucos. Ele transporta mais de dois milh\u00f5es de litros de suco da Costa Rica e do M\u00e9xico para a Fl\u00f3rida, nos EUA.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>O transporte de produtos perec\u00edveis, como sucos de frutas, por longas dist\u00e2ncias \u00e9 um desafio devido \u00e0 possibilidade de deteriora\u00e7\u00e3o. Para garantir a qualidade do produto, a Seatrade buscou a experi\u00eancia da Ziemann Holvrieka, renomada pela tecnologia de tanques e processos. O Juice Express agora conta com doze tanques, com capacidades que variam de 182.000 a 356.000 litros, juntamente com um sistema de tubula\u00e7\u00e3o abrangente e um sistema de limpeza CIP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com as frotas de caminh\u00f5es tradicionais, o Juice Express oferece um transporte mais eficiente, reduzindo o n\u00famero de caminh\u00f5es necess\u00e1rios em aproximadamente 100 por viagem. Isso equivale a cerca de 2.000 viagens de caminh\u00e3o a menos por ano, otimizando o transporte e reduzindo significativamente as emiss\u00f5es de CO2. A Seatrade Shipmanagement B.V., uma empresa l\u00edder em gerenciamento de navios, opera o Juice Express como parte de sua frota de quase 100 navios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A higiene \u00e9 fundamental no armazenamento de sucos. Os tanques da Ziemann Holvrieka s\u00e3o projetados de forma ass\u00e9ptica, evitando a contamina\u00e7\u00e3o. Os tanques apresentam superf\u00edcies lisas, cantos arredondados e contornos autodrenantes, atendendo \u00e0s diretrizes de higiene definidas pelo European Hygienic Engineering &amp; Design Group (EHEDG) e pelo 3-A Sanitary Standards (3-A SSI). Constru\u00eddos com a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel, os tanques garantem que n\u00e3o haja intera\u00e7\u00e3o com o suco, mantendo a qualidade do produto. Solu\u00e7\u00f5es especiais de veda\u00e7\u00e3o evitam a contamina\u00e7\u00e3o por microorganismos nocivos, enquanto um sistema de resfriamento integrado preserva o frescor durante o transporte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para evitar a oxida\u00e7\u00e3o, os tanques s\u00e3o purgados com nitrog\u00eanio, criando uma atmosfera protetora at\u00e9 que os sucos cheguem ao seu destino na Fl\u00f3rida. A limpeza completa \u00e9 feita com um sistema CIP dedicado, realizado durante a viagem de retorno do navio para minimizar os custos. O local dos tanques \u00e9 resfriado at\u00e9 a temperatura adequada para o pr\u00f3ximo lote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A instala\u00e7\u00e3o dos tanques representou um desafio \u00fanico devido \u00e0s varia\u00e7\u00f5es na constru\u00e7\u00e3o dos navios. No entanto, a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o entre a Seatrade e a Ziemann Holvrieka integrou com sucesso os tanques no MV Juice Express, combinando a experi\u00eancia em gerenciamento de navios com o know-how em constru\u00e7\u00e3o de tanques. Esse projeto representa uma inova\u00e7\u00e3o significativa para todo o setor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Seatrade e a Ziemann Holvrieka revolucionaram o transporte de sucos de frutas, priorizando a efici\u00eancia, a higiene e a qualidade.
