Ela \u00e9 uma verdadeira paix\u00e3o. Uma express\u00e3o vis\u00edvel dessa filosofia \u00e9 a arquitetura e as instala\u00e7\u00f5es tecnol\u00f3gicas da cervejaria. Assim, a Cidade da Guatemala abriga uma das mais belas f\u00e1bricas de cerveja do mundo. Ela ser\u00e1 modernizada este ano e, ao mesmo tempo, a \u00e1rea da adega da cervejaria ser\u00e1 ampliada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mas a Cervecer\u00eda Centroamericana est\u00e1 preparada para ir al\u00e9m: Agora, uma segunda e muito moderna sala de brassagem come\u00e7ar\u00e1 a operar; com a adapta\u00e7\u00e3o do bloco frio correspondente, isso aumentar\u00e1 a capacidade da cervejaria para 4,3 milh\u00f5es de hl por ano. Assim como aconteceu com a sala de brassagem existente e a amplia\u00e7\u00e3o atual, o pedido correspondente foi novamente concedido \u00e0 Ziemann Holvrieka GmbH, de Ludwigsburg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A nova sala de brassagem produzir\u00e1 12 cervejas por dia, cada uma com aproximadamente 1.050 hl. Ela ser\u00e1 equipada com uma tina de brassagem com um agitador Colibri, uma tina de clarifica\u00e7\u00e3o, uma caldeira interna Shark e um redemoinho. A Cervecer\u00eda Centroamericana escolheu deliberadamente a caldeira Shark vari\u00e1vel para poder produzir v\u00e1rios perfis de aroma, desde \"suave\" at\u00e9 um pouco \"nervoso\". Outros componentes do pedido s\u00e3o uma planta de dosagem de l\u00fapulo e uma planta CIP. O sistema de entrada de malte tamb\u00e9m ser\u00e1 ampliado com a adi\u00e7\u00e3o do inovador sistema de moagem T-Rex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outro recurso \u00e9 a opera\u00e7\u00e3o com \u00e1gua quente da nova sala de brassagem. Isso proporcionar\u00e1 \u00e0 Cervecer\u00eda Centroamericana a op\u00e7\u00e3o de convers\u00e3o para energia gerada de forma sustent\u00e1vel, como a energia solar t\u00e9rmica, a qualquer momento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O novo bloco frio \u00e9 composto por oito tanques de fermenta\u00e7\u00e3o cil\u00edndricos com um di\u00e2metro de 7.200 mm e uma capacidade de 6.000 hl, que ser\u00e3o fabricados no local. Todos os outros tanques e os recipientes de fermenta\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e3o enviados de B\u00fcrgstadt para a Guatemala. Os tanques de fermenta\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e3o equipados com tampas abobadadas muito leves, por\u00e9m robustas, feitas de poliuretano.
