No decorrer desse realinhamento, Tobias Becher foi nomeado Diretor de Tecnologia, Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento. Reconhecendo a import\u00e2ncia do campo de atividade designado e a responsabilidade associada, Tobias Becher tamb\u00e9m recebeu uma procura\u00e7\u00e3o. Ele agora se reporta ao Dr. Elmar Pongratz, que ingressou na Ziemann Holvrieka em abril de 2016 e, desde ent\u00e3o, \u00e9 chefe do departamento Engineering (EPC). At\u00e9 agora, essa divis\u00e3o inclu\u00eda o Processo Engineering, Automa\u00e7\u00e3o de Processos, incluindo planejamento de hardware, Gerenciamento T\u00e9cnico de Produtos e Gerenciamento de Qualidade. Antes disso, Tobias Becher concluiu um treinamento como cervejeiro e malteiro.
