Depois de concluir seu treinamento, ele trabalhou em um fabricante de plantas por v\u00e1rios anos antes de se mudar para a Ziemann Holvrieka GmbH em 2004. Depois de obter o t\u00edtulo de Mestre em Ci\u00eancias em Gest\u00e3o Estrat\u00e9gica, ele inicialmente ocupou o cargo de Gerente de Compras na empresa.
